comprised of people with the education, experience and expertise to

Wendy T. Lucas, PT
Wendy has been practicing since graduating in1986 with a B.S. in
Physical Therapy, Magna Cum Laude, from the Medical College of
Virginia. She founded our practice in 1992.

Tina Cadden, PT,
MS
Tina has been practicing since graduating in 1993 from
the Medical College of Virginia. She joined our firm in 2003.

James W. Fedison,
PT, MS
James graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the College of
William and Mary in 1995. He received his Masters of Science in
Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia in 1999 when he
joined our practice. |

Bays Gibson,
MPT, DPT
Bays graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the College of
Emory and Henry in 1996. He received his masters of physical therapy
from Shenandoah University in 2003. He went on to receive his doctor of
physical therapy from Shenandoah University in 2005. He joined our
practice in 2005. |

Fred Schleifer, PT
Fred graduated from the University of Maryland in 1962. After
serving in the United States Air Force from 1962-1989, he practiced in
Texas until 1996. He joined our firm in 1996. |

Ruth graduated from Mount Mary College, Milwaukee in 1972. She is a
specialist in Hand Therapy. She joined our practice in 1995. |

Stacy Byrd
Stacy graduated from Averett College with a BS in Sports
Medicine/Minor in Coaching in 1999. She was a Physical
Therapy Assistant at the College of Health Sciences in May 2001.
She joined our practice in 2001.

Conner
April graduated from Liberty University in 2002 with a Bachelor of
Science in Exercise Science/Fitness Programming. She received her
Associate of Applied Science, Physical Therapist Assistant from the
Jefferson College of Health Sciences in 2005. April joined our practice
in 2005. |

Jennifer H. Peters,
LTPA
Jennifer earned her Bachelors
of Science in Sports Medicine from Lynchburg College and then went on to
earn her Associate of Applied Science, Physical Therapist Assistant from
the Jefferson College of Health Sciences. Jennifer has been a dedicated
member of our staff since 1998.

Sherry joined our practice in 2000.

Amanda graduated from Bridgewater College with a Bachelor of
Science in Allied Health Exercise Science/Minor Psychology in 2005. She
joined our practice in 2005. She plans to pursue a career as a physical
therapist. |

Emily P. Coonradt
Emily
graduated from Roanoke College with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic
Training in 2002. She received her MEd in Athletic Training from the
University of Virginia in 2004. Emily joined our practice in 2004. Emily
has been the coordinator of the Outreach Program for Lucas Therapies
since 2005.
